I lived there for 2 years and it was great. Once the new management came in things went down hill quickly. They're very money hungry and put a price on everything. I moved out in June and STILL have not received my security deposit and each time I call I get the same answer "If you don't get it next week, call back". No one in the office has ANY idea what's going on and are completely rude. There are much better buildings in the neighborhood for comparable prices. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

I too had the same problem. My solution? I went straight to corporate! Their phone is 973-218-2300. It still took a couple weeks after that but it worked, just keep on them.
