When I moved in almost 10 years ago, I thought the old management were kind of hard to deal with... little did I know!

The new building manager Brian, is a pr*ck. He is insincere, self absorbed, and rude. He has no people skills and is disrespectful to both the long time employees of the building and the tenants. I can't figure out how he got this job! His influence has rubbed off on his new office staff who will look you in the face and insult you. They double talk about building policies and threaten you when you complain.

On top of this, you can expect at least a 13% rent increase with every lease renewal. Add all of the new hidden fees into the mix and you are better off ANYWHERE ELSE in the city! Save yourself the headache. Don't move in here.

Shiftless a-holes is putting it midly. These people don't know their A** from a hole in the ground. They give you the run around, don't respond when they say they are and are complete morons. This is the most hideous building ever.
