Ugh. This building used to be a great place to live until the management was kicked out and replaced with androids from NJ. There is no way they should be able to charge the 'luxury' rent with formica countertops, formica 80's cabinets, cruddy bathrooms and nasty staff. All the amenities were taken away (most notably, storage and resident short term parking) over the last year. Why give Crudrose realty a penny'! This building has more restrictions and more rules then co-ops. If you want to have a life, you can pay the same rent closer to a real neighborhood. The traffic and congestion around this building never ends. I moved out earlier this year and and am MUCH happier downtown for the same rent.

I agree. This building has no business charging the rents it does.

And ontop of it all the darn 43rd street door is never operational. They take away our storage room, our bike room, replace the nice valet staff, take away the convenient 2nd floor entrance to the GYM and now we have to walk around outside to get to an overpriced CRUNCH.
Not worth the hassle, I completely agree.
