The building is being sold? Really? Seems like there are lots of moving sales going on in the building and I see a lot of moving trucks - people moving out. Maybe this has something to do with it? Despite the other issues - there's so much dirt, noise and construction going on around the building now, I can't imagine a lot of people wanting to live there now anyways.

It doesn't matter - the building is being sold - I bet that management didn't tell that to the tenants. Watch out for rent increases and possible condo conversion.

I am definately sure that the building is being sold, but management is not going to make that public because then people won't want to move in.

The Asian girl in the office told me "off the record" that the building IS being sold, but will still be a rental. It's not going condo.
