I hate to kick the building while it's down, but I have to agree with the original poster. Potential Renters, beware and take the comments you read here seriously. I believe karma has something to do with the gym and Starbucks closing. And don't let them strong arm you into renting an apartment with the usual, "this place will go fast," spin. There are apartments that have been vacant on my floor for weeks. Nothing is going quick.

What brain? I think Mel is missing hers - the poor dear. No wonder she is so stupid. I was a 5 year Tennant and agree with you. You will be so much happier when you are out of there. The place I have now is small, but I don't have to put up with such crap from incompetent management. Never seen anything like this place in my entire time of renting - which is more than 20 years. Be prepared for them to bother you for 60 days of showing your apartment. Apparently it's part of the Lease agreement. Of all the times they showed it nobody rented it. It was still not rented the day I moved out. Just another nuisance you will have to deal with. Oh, and don't expect your security deposit any time soon. They royally screwed mine up and sent it to the wrong person and tried to blame it on Brian's messy records - whatever. I had all the paper work filled out and made copies because I know how what idiots they are in that office. They always have an excuse and after 3 months of hell, I still don't have it. This place is totally ridiculous. You will find there are many better places out there for the price. Good luck, it won't be hard to find a better place - trust me. Mel is a complete nut job and I'm sure it won't be long before she turns into the next Brian and is fired too. Don't know why they can't find an "educated" person who knows what they are doing. Oh yeah, don't know how many times I've heard this apt will go fast - bull shi* they couldn't even rent mine even after they left.
