I have lived here for a year and loved it so much I renewed my lease for another year. The staff (minus 1 doorman) is pleasant and easy to deal with. Repairs get fixed very quickly. Great unobstructed views of the river from most apartments as well as rooftop access. The walls are EXTREMELY thick and I have never heard any noise from my neighbors. The Super and management company (Brodsky) are always reachable and return phone calls/concerns promptly.

The only cons - laundry coin exchange does not recognize/accept the new 20/10/5 dollar bills and doormen never seem to have the exact change. Also, sometimes the dryers on my floor at least don't work well leaving my clothes damp. (problem solved by going up or downstairs)

Overall, awesome neighborhood, great apartment.
