Great residential location and amenities

Not one complaint. Great staff, well maintained, respectful residents. Laundry, outdoor deck, playground, NYSC, garage, valet all on site. Neighborhood has fantastic schools, wonderful eateries and shops. Within walking distance to all the Museums, Central and Carl Schurz Parks, Asphalt Green, 92nd Street Y, city and express buses, 4, 5 and 6 trains, water ferry, and all only 15 minutes from LaGuardia.
