The management company (Manhattan Skyline) is a nightmare to work with (never answering the phone, closed on Fridays, never return messages, completely impersonal), and therefore the building is not a great place to live. This is unfortunate because the staff in the building (doormen, super, handymen) are lovely. The apartments are also not worth the price - they look nice at first glance, but the cabinets and closet doors all fell apart within a month.
