You are correct, I totally agree with you. The place is a hell hole. I have never lived around such individuals who have no regards or respect for the community in which they live . I would personally like to move accross the street to 5th ave(Riverbend Cooperative Apts) The people and porters keep the buildings in immaculate conditions.
