STAY AWAY!

I just moved into Delan Village, which is now Savoy Park. The renovated apartments are nice on the inside, but the building leaves a lot to be desired. I moved in because the Leasing Office advertised security inside the buildings and on the premises. I get home late from work every night and having on the premises security was important to me. One month after moving in, the management company took away the security, had I known this was a temporary plan, I would not have moved in. Also, there was a long list of problems with my "newly renovated" apartment, including no peephole, no doorbell, no working intercom, faulty & drafty windows, a HOLE in the wall (i can stick my finger outdoors at any time), and tons of chipped and peeling plaster. After two months the management company has yet to make any serious repairs on my "newly renovated" apartment, in fact they usually have attitudes whenever I call.
The leasing office claims they are trying to clean up this place to make it luxury rentals, they are just making the badly needed repairs to this crap hole. Don't be a fool like me, stay away. The only benefit is all the utilities are included.

Try to talk to nasty Valerie to see if (he)(She)or whatever she is, to see if (he)(She) can help you, Or call 311 and ask for HPD put in a complaint, for Hazardous conditions (HQS), you can also go to housing court and file a petition " that would force Savoy Park to correct the violations in your apartment.
