Funny that you say that the stairwells smell like urine - then maybe the RESIDENTS should stop pissing in them! How can you bkame management for that' The same thing goes for the trash and other quality of life issues. My issues with Savoy Park have to do more with my TRIFLIN neighbors. Many of them are the so called "long-standing" residents who are sadly being evicted. Should I care' I pray that some of these fools get evicted! Shoudl I shed a tear for a neighbor who gets evicted who: urinates in the stairwell or elevator, doesn't curb their dog, throws trash in the building or on the grounds, and keeps their apartment such a nasty mess that it stinks up the entire floor' Should I really for sorry for them - Hell to the naw. The old management used to let tenants do whatever because they were afraid of bad press. The new management ain't having it, and I am glad.
Your anger is displaced - if you want a better quality of life then you need to start treating the place where you live with respect. The entire building is your home!

Whoever you are I am so glad that you responded the way you did. How do you allow people to destroy where you live. No one should have to deal with that kind of foolish especially from their own kind. It is disgusting and it makes no sense. Too much has gone into this place to make the quality of life a little better and you still have some that have that ghetto mentality. We should take pride in our development and yes we feel sorry for some that are being evicted, but there are some that definitely need to be gone.

if management took the initiative to enforce their rules, those people would be moved out by now and we could all enjoy our lives there. So, yes; the issue starts with idiot tenants who don't have any pride. However, if they can't (and I think that's been proven) manage themselves, for the sake of other tenants who want a clean and livable environment, the property manager needs to step in. All it would take is a good amount of effort to manage the littering, kids in the hallway and smoking violations and the whole place could turn over in a matter of months. But with property managers that are lazy and unaware and the most ridiculous excuse for security I've ever seen, the problems persist.
