I have lived here for more than 17 years and since the new owners came to town the development has dropped down to a dump. I know better and i see how management has no interest in the tenants but rather seek money as greedy dogs. Mr. axelrod got hoodwinked when he sold the property to those thugs. Try visiting housing court to see just how many people have been harassed. the workers, elderly and disabled have been tormented by their law firm with all types of legal papers.IT WAS A BETTER RUN COMMUNITY UNDER DELANO VILLAGE.....1700 FOR A 1 BEDROOM IS BY FAR TOO TOO EXPENSIVE

Not only are they being harassed but they have forced people to resort to anything to hold on to their apartments. A word for the wise, somebody better call the Board of Health. There is and has been a widespread of bedbug infestations over in 2300. Be careful.
