The building is producing some pretty attractive looking apartments, granite counters and marble bathrooms. But, once you get into the place they will not fix anything. I moved in 4 months ago and not one of the items they said they would fix when I moved in was fixed. Maintenance is impossible to work with; they will make an appointment with you and then not show up that entire day, or just show up a day early or late. I do not think they realize that some people have jobs and don t just sit at home in their apartment all day. When I call the maintenance office, the receptionists get very defensive with me saying they cannot do anything about my things not being fixed for months. It is their job to solve my problems, which is why I am paying $1600/month for a 1 bedroom. Go to Lenox Terrace down the street, it is worth the $200/ month extra. I have never been so un satisfied with an apartment and I am only going to stay here for this one year. Thankfully I received one free month's rent so I feel like I am not really getting raped as badly paying $1600 for this S**t hole place. Oh the addicts and drunks that hang out at the liquor store across the street add great scenery to the evenings.

YOU'RE FUNNY. ORGANIZE. GET MET COUNCIL, TV AMSTERDAM, DAILY NY TIMES I AM SLEEPY I USED TO LIVE THERE WHEN I WAS LITTLE AND CRIED BECAUSE I WAS DENIED WHEN I GOT OLDER BECAUSE OF MY INCOME STATUS...
