I just moved into Savoy Park this past weekend, and I must say that so far it has been great. Everyone in the leasing office was fantastic, and the management and maintenance staff have been incredibly pleasant and helpful. The apartment is newly renovated, and it's in fabulous condition. My front door sticks a little (from the paint), but the building staff has been attentive and helpful. I will be here for 2 years, and so far, it looks like it will be a wonderful 2 years. On top of my apartment being beautiful, the building community has been very welcoming. People are friendly and cheerful. If you smile, they will smile back, and everytime I get on or off an elevator, I'm told "Have a nice day." The neighborhood isn't fancy, but I have had no safety concerns, and the people who work in the stores (esp. the hardware store across the street) have been extremely sweet. Yea, yea yea! You people are the reason the development evicted, by any means necessary, tenants who have lived there for years. "...neighborhood isn't fancy...have no safety concerns..." FANCY and SAFETY mean the same thing to you. You people need to go back downtown leave HARLEM TO HARLEMITES. Stop smiling so damm much you look silly!

The Savoy would be nice if management would upgrade the apartments that they recieved federal support for which would be for all tenants. But to only update apartments as the older tenant move out is a shame. The apartmets will harbor mice an roaches because you just push them along. Why in the world are the toilets without tanks in this day and age, why are the sink in the bathrooms so tiny. how come the stoves have not been updated.the cabinest in my fathers apartment have been their since the development open close to fifty years and the paint is just caked on . This community is over 75% elderly and all management want is to push them out. When family members could be added to the lease to take care of ther love one all management has done is add bureacratic bull ---- to a process that worked. Why are the building ramps in the back of the building and not in the front, and the incline requires you to hold on to the wheel chair or you love on will roll away, not conducive for wheel chairs young or old. I can see why the ratings are so low. For money is the only game in town that this company wants at what ever price it takes. I would not recommend but would recommend new mangement
