Its a CRYING SHAME!

The current tenants should contact MET council or some important tenant organization and also television stations to expose the attitudes and lacadacicalness and insensitivity to the tenants and their maintenance issues. I just asked my mother where we lived in Delano Village (which is Savoy Parks' original name) on January 1st, 2009 and she told me 2500 5th Avenue. My parents left because of unfair rental hikes. I came to visit my cousins when I was young and it was very family orientated and considered to be a better place than the projects because it was private and clean. I remember playing in the playground and an very nice smell in the lobby of clean clothes from the dryers. I hope the exposure and the tenants working together will solve the problems which seem to be designed on purpose to frustrate the tenants (some tenants) because some people are reporting they are being treated beautifully. See this must be like divide and conquer. Frustrate and disgrace some and they'll just move out so the rents can continuously be increased. Also lack of security means ANYTHING can happen! Are people going to just wait for a time bomb to hit' I remember crying some years back that I was unable to get an apartment up there because of my income status. Fight for your rights! Don't forget about me!
