We lived in Delano Village from 1968 until 1982. There are so many happy memories of neighbors, family and friends. I can believe your negative stories of management and maintenance, as the same is happening here in Baltimore. We have been in this complex since moving from New York--you wouldn't believe the rent they are charging new tenants--should I move, the new tenants will most likely pay close to 50% more than we are paying now.More and more families are moving in together because of the continuing rise of rent. I really don't know what the answer is or who will come to the rescue.
