Terrible and dangerous building

Pinnicle Construction involved in the conversion was listed as one of the 10 worst construction firms in the City.
Owner Swig walked away from his San Fransisco Conversion Project and stiffed the Banks.
He has numerous violations of his building permits, many of which have been pulled.
He is in violation of City safty regulations and has lied consistantly about all aspects of his conversion.
To make matters worse, he is harassing rent stabilized tenants who have a right to stay in the building.
His model apartments are of shabby construction.
Don't walk but run away from this building!
