THE FINISH OF THE APT IS BELOW AVERAGE TO HORRIBLE
DELIVERED WITHOUT NEW WINDOWS AS PROMISED WILL REPLACED MAYBE IN 6-8 MONTHS
NO ONE TO SPEAK TO THAT CAN MAKE A DECISION
