Awesome building

There really is nothing to complain about this building. It's very clean, nothing ever breaks, staff is friendly, pet friendly, so on and so forth. It's also surprisingly convenient, as it is relatively close to the 1/4/5/R/W trains, and the M9 and M20 buses stop right in front of the building. In addition, they have the free "Downtown Connection" shuttle that goes from the World Financial Center all the way around the southern tip of Manttahan to South Street Seaport...and it's free!
The one thing that bothers me is they start doing constructions in the area at 7am every morning, but that's really out of the building's control. Another thing is that it is very hard to find street parking, so if you have guests visiting, they would probably have to cough up some money to park in the lot. But again that's out of the building's control. As far as the building itself is concerned, it's as good as it gets. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
