several doormen, nice friendly ones during the day and then at night... they sit and eat pizza with thier friends in the lobby and barely glance whomever walks in and out.

There's always one elevator that seems to not be working - therefore, slowing down my "commute" by about 10 minutes during some a.m.'s.

rooftop has the world's greatest view. just wished they would throw some tables and chairs up there.

they fix things in the same day and I hear the vacum in the hallway a little too often.

lobby get's a new creative shipment of flowers every week and I enjoy seeing them.

can't hear my neighbors up, down, left, right. i don't know if it's because of great insulation or they're just boring.
