Building is very well-served and all staff is adorable. Never had problems with management. True that it is expensive, but the view leaves no room for complaint. Never heard noises from my neighbors and was always able to find free loundry machines. Worst part: elevators are really slow in a.m. commute. Best part: balcony view. I really miss living there... Best place I've ever lived in!
