Good/new apartment, unresponsive management

I have lived here in a 2 bedroom for a year and a half and really do like it. Everything in the apartment is new, we have river views, utilities are included, and I love the fact that it doesn't feel like NYC.

Here are the bad things. First, the elevators are terrible. You can push the button and they won't come. At least once a week, the door won't open when it gets to my floor and so I have to take it to another floor and walk.

Next is the management office. They suck horribly. The paint, for whatever reason, in our bathroom chips off the walls constantly. You have to schedule an inspection, which takes 2-3 weeks, then schedule painting, which takes another 2-3 weeks.

At one point, my dishwasher flooded my kitchen every day for 5 days. I called each day and they said they would send someone and it took 5 days to finally get it fixed. When I complained, the management told me that it was fixed the day we called, which is total crap.
