I have lived here for over 6 years and can honestly say the place is great. There is plenty of park like space to stretch out in and the apartments are well proportioned. We have one of the rent stabalized 2 bedrooms and the rent is great and the electricity is also included. I really have never had a problem with management. I call in a problem and usually within a day or two it is fixed, most times that day. I know a few others that have market rent apartments and they are happy with them. It seems to me that per square foot, Stuy Town is definitely at a discount to other complexes in manhattan.

Good value for you ONLY because you have a RENT STABALIZED apt!!!!!!!!!!!! Your review is entirely misleading - you are paying less than half of what the market rate apts are going for!
