I knew it was too good to be true when I first moved in here. Nice 2BR, East River View, Maintenance, etc. I thought they actually cared about the tenants that live here......boy was I wrong.

Here are some great reasons to move here:
1. Rents raised 20% not even 1 year into lease (from $2600 to $2900).
2. Water gets turned off frequently.
3. Hot water loss in middle of shower.
4. Smell of Manure throughout the complex.
5. Since street construction started, parking for 300 cars or so has been displaced.
6. Management treats little guy like roaches.
7. Paper thin walls.
8. College students allowed to board here (in same buildings as regular tenants). They are loud and obnoxious and show no respect for their neighbors.
9. Security will stop you for CARRYING your skateboard under your arms when walking through the Rotunda. They will do the same if WALKING your bike.

If you are reading this and considering moving here.....think twice.... I am moving to Battery Park City (same rent, better amenities, real luxury accomodations).
