You do NOT want to live here.

This place has been under renovation construction for the past several years and there is no end in sight. Believe me, you do not want to live here. I did not sign up to live in a construction site, and I am angry. They get rent increases for everything under the sun: brick repointing, new roofs, new intercoms, new elevators, new windows etc. This stuff is basic maintenace. Why do I have to pay for it' And an MCI - that's what the increase is called - lasts FOREVER!!!! It is NOT time limited. It's a landlord giveaway. Period. Isn't the rent MetLife makes enough' They are just greedy, greedy, greedy.
If you are a market rate tenant, you get lease increases between 15 and 30% when your lease is up....that's after they lied to you and told you the increase would be modest. This is a real bait and switch operation. The management couldn't care less about your needs and concerns. They want you to believe that it's luxury living, but it definitely is not.
