Stuyvesant Town Rips You Off

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 
I have lived in Stuyvesant Town for 3 years and endured all of the construction. After my great first year, they raised my rent only slightly. It was downhill from there. The next year they raised my rent 13% and now they are asking for a 23% hike! This is insane. They are pushing people out and they do not care about the residents. Its great if you are rent stabailized...it stinks if you are not. They make me so angry!!!
