ST is great if you:
1. like to listen to domestic violence
2. like having your laundry stolen
3. like having your bikes stolen from within the convenient bike room
4. like construction to start and never end
5. like neighbors with mental disorders
6. like slobs who don't put their garbage in the garbage room
7. like double digit rent increases
8. like the look of projects
9. like the waterfront of drug addicts
and..............
the top ten reason to love ST are....... the roaches!
Don't be fooled by the hay rides! HEEEEEHAWWWWWWW!!!!!

You forgot the noisy student tenants that play really loud music and party in the halls waaay into the wee hours.
