First off, you get what you pay for in New York City. Ive seen and heard all sorts of gripe over "students" living here AKA that there loud, they walk and talk loud. ONLY STUDENTS WALK LOUD RIGHT' Moving to "Stuy" town was a great opportunity for us STUDENTS to get on our feet through our university, A Very Very Prestigous one at that, and as graduate students we are not here to have parties and not here to be going crazy! not everyone is like "american Pie" over here. We are respectable professionals and would not like to be generalized in such a way. I recommend this location for any incoming new graduate student getting on there feet. It is close to several major Manhattan Schools, and close to the stop from brooklyn. We have had no problems at all, except for the occasional mesquito bite on the leg. Stir it up NYC STUDENTS!!! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

If all you have time to do is "blog" all day long, you must have alot of time on your hands "Tishman Speyer". If all you have is personal attacks and no valid points, than good luck to you in your pointless argument. Because I or anyone else cant spell, doesnt mean that my opinion isn't valid. Simply put, students arent criminals, we are here for a reason and we have actually paid more than any rent in the entire complex; so why is everyone so agrivated we are here? We have read on several blogs people complaining about students. We even found that one person complaining about them in a specific building doesnt even have graduate housing in thier building. So why all the animosity? people should be evaluated on an individual basis, not sweeping generalizations. Dont just come on these sites and write away to no end thinking no one is watching. just be aware that we are. Your complaints are completely valid; and so are our good opinions of where we live. God bless, and let the lord grant us with understanding and forgiveness.

Dear anonymous, I find it hard to believe that someone who writes with so many spelling and grammar mistakes actually is a graduate student at "A Very Very Prestigous" university. Makes me wonder if you are in any way employed by Tishman Speyer. Please say hi to the "mesquitoes".

Your message exemplifies my point beautifully. Thanks.

it's not the grad students - it's the idiot undergrad students that don't respect the other tenants who are causing the problems.
