Noise. Non-stop construction. Noise. Air pollution from demolition and idling trucks. Noise. Rats and roaches. Noise. Skyrocketing rents. Noise.

Tishman Speyer has achieved a horrifying combination of office park, suburban mall, and construction site. There's nothing livable about the place. It's not worth it, and I'm a lucky one paying less than market rate.
