Great location, views - generally nice staff

Been in 1 BR overlooking Central Park for about 18 months now - staff and service is very good, Heat/AC units are frustratingly unnreliable, and although conveniently on every floor, laundry is RIDICUOUSLY expensive - $2.30 per load and the washers are SMALL!!! Even on high floor, being at Broadway and 57th, there is considerable street noise - a price to pay for the convenience. You get used to it. Doormen, with the exception of the fellow during the day, are all polite, friendly, and helfpul. Rooftop health club and pool are terrific. Parking is WAY too expensive.
The apartments themselves are VERY quiet. We hear NO neighbors. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
