Great Location, Aweful Management and Tons of Construction Noise

We have been living at Symphony House for several years -- not sure exactly why we have put up with big rent increases and lots of construction noise. With the building under construction on 8th ave (between 54th and 55th), plan to be up as early as 6:30am. The evening doormen are friendly and helpful, but the daytime staff are rude and unhelpful.
