STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I can't believe the incompetence of the building management. Rent payments have been "lost" multiple times. For the amount of $$$$ I'm paying to live here, one would think everything would run smoothly. I have NEVER experienced such lack of recordkeeping and imcompetence in my life. I wish I was month to month and not locked into a year lease... I would be OUT by now!!! Also, it takes forever to get something fixed. On a positive note, the doormen are extremely friendly and cool.
