They don't return the Security Deposit From: pipin555 Date posted: 10/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I lived for 1 year and was satisfied with the life here. However, after moving out, I haven't received the Security Deposit for 3 months. I emailed and called the management office almost 10 times, but they don't do so at all. According to the lease agreement, they have to return it within 30-60 days, so it is obvious that they are in violation of the agreement. I heard from one of my friends that his wife and he lived there last year, and they were not able to receive the security deposit long time until they called the management office.
