Management :
As stated in other reviews, Management just don't care.
Apart from being completely incompetent and unprofessional (didn't give keys on time, made mistakes cashing a check asking you to pay penalties, do not respond to emails...) they are very impolite and make you feel uncomfortable each time you meet them.

Noise :
The building is above a fire station and 2 nightclubs with open terraces, so it's very, I mean, VERY noisy. Believe me you'll understand every words of every songs until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays.

Laundry :
* Very expensive (rise each year)
* We had clothes stolen and had to complain a lot to get them back using the Video Surveillance system.
* We had People adding their clothes to yours expecting to take them back before you return and thus get a free washing ! Incredible in a so called "Luxury" building.

Housekeeper:
* Very expensive - Poor service
* They read your magazines thinking you'll not come back during the cleaning (unfortunately we did once).

Valet :
* Good service - Nice people

Doorman :
* Poor service (management keeps only the less competent). We had flowers kept for 3 days without telling us and without water. Thus at the end we received dry bushes instead of nice flowers.
* Sometimes your deliveries are not registered -> you have to complain a lot to have them.
* Sometimes you get only half of your deliveries (they accuse the store before checking)
* They often forget to call you when you have food delivery -> once we had our food delivered in front of our doors !
