The Clinton

 

I have really loved living at the Clinton.

The only reason I'm moving out is because I got a job in another city, but I am definitely sad to leave.

This is a great sized apartment for the money, especially in midtown Manhattan.

The building is clean and safe, and my neighbors are quiet, friendly, and respectful.

The super and concierge staff are absolutely tops.

They're very helpful and efficient.

Everyone who has ever come to visit me has commented on how nice the people are at the front desk.

There is a laundry room in the basement with 6 washers and 5 dryers.

I've never had a problem getting a machine when I need one.

There's also a small gym in the basement with a bike, a couple of treadmills, an elliptical, a multi-function weight machine and free weights.

There's also a tv.

Like the laundry room, I never have a problem getting a machine when I need one.

Outside of the apartment, I love the neighborhood as well.

I feel completely safe here, and have no problem taking my dog out at all hours of the night.

There are tons of great bars and restaurants around here, and the nearest subway stop (blue line 50th street) is a 7-minute brisk walk or a 10-minute stroll.

There has been a lot of constructions/demolition noise on the street lately, but I expect that will decline a lot over the next few weeks.

At night, this street is pretty quiet.

Overall, love the building and wish I could stay! Would highly recommend.
