My husband and I lived there for a year, it's a grenn building and the elevators are a disaster, expensive rent, the apartments are small, the A/C is too loud, unprofessional staff, the leasing office staff are rude, the building is so far from everything and the neighborhood is one of the worst in the city.

We couldn't wait to get out of there.

Don't even consider this building.
