I lived there for a year. It was rat infested and really noisy.
It was a shame given that it is in such a prime location.

The noise isn't really surprising given that it's on a busy thoroughfare (34 street) but the infestation could have been dealt with better.

The doormen and building staff only responded to you if you gave them substantial tips.

staff is very nice they did a lot things for me , never asked for any tip ..and still help me every time . but a dollar or two wont hurt anybody
