Honestly, I dont know why anyone wouldnt like it. No roaches, only one mouse in a year and a half. My neighbors are noisy, but I can only hear it in the halls or when someone drops a bowling ball, the doormen are nice and take care of you, as long as you are polite to them, dont EXPECT tips, but appreciate them...overall, you could do a LOT WORSE. Its not the Ritz. Basically, its what you can expect from a building built in the late 60's, tough as an ox, but has a few spots that need attention occasionally. The work crews are nice and polite, and try to fix the problem as best they can, sometimes it takes a few times, but sometimes you have to troubleshoot a problem, either way, they get to problems right away.
