ROACHES AND WATERBUGS

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I've been living in the building for 2 years and just signed another 2 year contract. It figures that right after I signed the contact, I started to see roaches in the apt and waterbugs in the bathroom. They have sprayed with pestisides and patched up any possible holes in the apt, but it hasn't done a thing. I am completely grossed out, and have begun looking for a new place to live. I'm going to have to sublet this apt... DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS BUILDING
