So i see a lot of people on here have not had a good experience at this building. Honestly speaking has anyone HAD a good experience here, we found a great apt here and are about to sign the lease. Not really excited to hear about this roach, mice problem. can anyone who lives there now a test to this'

just wanted some feedback from some people who live there now.

I've lived here for one year and will be leaving by month's end. We had a water leak from the ceiling from the time we moved in, and it took half the ceiling falling down for management to actually do something. For what you pay and for the type of quality they promote, they certainly do not deliver. Every problem we had, they put a band aid on it, never took it seriously, and I had to go to the managing agent of the building to get it done. The dry wall in my kitchen has been falling down since I moved in, and occassionally they just re-paint. If the price is right, go for it, but beware. The building across the street (Murray Hill) is about 10 times nicer.
