From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/7/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Octagon is a good place to live. Close to Manhattan but the calm and serenity of Roosevelt Island. Being a new building there is the occasional problem with this or that and management is getting policies sorted, but overall we are happy here.
