Nice place to live in From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   A new development with environmentally friendly building material used as well as solar panels. Environment friendly attitude, trash separation, etc. Almost all staff is not only very professional and friendly, but extremly pleasant. The area is well chosen, allowing it to have a 'holiday' feeling in Manahttan for people working long hours. Facilites are well established and maintained. A positive asset to NY.
