Love the building

I've been in the building for about 2 months and I couldn't be happier.
The building is very well run and the staff are friendly, helpful and attentive.
We face the water, so the view is fantastic.
And the facilities in the building are excellent.
Love the filtered fresh air in the apartments, you can actually tell the difference.
Only issue is that the walk to the subway is farther than I would like (moving here from a 1/2 block walk to the subway).
Its about a 10 min.
walk which can be a little brutal in the winter.
But being next to the park and the views are totally worth it to come home to every day.
