Since the change in management a few years ago the place has gone from quite good to terrible.

I can't wait to get out.

Virtually nothing works properly.

The elevators in particular a very poor -- sometimes requiring a TEN MINUTE wait.

The management company are almost laughably incompetent.

The staff and building management are nice enough but unhelpful if they like you kind of rude if they don't.

Location is good -- but loud as others have pointed out -- but this is in no way a class A building.

THE Worst experience I ever have in my life is to live in this horrible building. I mean the location is great but the management is so incompetent. The building itself is very laud, i always her my neighbor upstairs walking in the middle of the night. After hundreds of complains they don't even pay attention. The doormen all they do is for money. They are crap, never ever had such a bad experience as this..Can't wait to get out of here. DO NOT RENT IN THIS BUILDING. YOU WILL REGRET.
