Worst Choice of my life!

I've lived here for almost 3 months now. I've been sexually harassed by staff, cheated by handyman (paying for extra work that was never done), had my bike tampered with, which almost got me killed, have some other apartment on my gas and electric bill - the building said my bill should be higher because this is a green building (huh') until ConEd proved that I'm paying someone else's bill, and regional corporate management denying anything is wrong. They won't let me out of my lease or let me move to another Related building for the same price.

This is the worst NYC management property I've ever seen, and that's saying a lot! Don't do it.

And the apartments are not worth the price. Oh ya, and your heat in the winter, blows out COLD air and that's the way its supposed to be I'm told by the manager's assistant! Just imagine those cold days in January and you come home to COLD air blowing out at you to warm up your apartment, sounds cozy huh' NOT!

Cell phones don't work and internet coverage is awful too.

I would not recommend Related. I've been dealing with Related corporate management, so this would apply to all Related buildings.
