Well- I think this building is the best!! I hve lived here for 2 years and if it weren't for the expense would stay here forever! The apartments in this building are the nicest I have seen down here and the views are the ABSOLUTE BEST!! We see all the way to Laguardia airport! If you are able to afford Manhattan prices then go for this building!
