Nice building, nice staff. I lived there for a while and still miss it sometimes.
Apartments are nice and reasonably maintained. Appliances are ok.
Gym is ok for the average workout.
Unrelated to the building per-se, but it seems that this corner of NY has high winds every other day. This can be a real pain and (except for Summers) for me was definitely a negative.
Secondly the high prices. There are limits to what i want to pay for nice apartments. Compared to the neighbor building across the street (Tribeca Park), this Tribeca Pointe is clearly a class below so this should be reflected in the prices.
Besides that - you cannot really go wrong with this. As a side-note: i never had any issues with Rockrose.
