Nice place - too much $$$

Tribeca Pointe is a fine, modern, kid-friendly apt. building. I lived there for about 8 years this decade. Always felt treated well, even during the rough (read: unemployed) periods. Super location, nice river breezes. Brutal walk on Chambers street in dead of winter. Top-notch door guys. Worst part was writing the rent check every month - Ouch!
