This rating concerns the 160 Riverside Blvd. building, which is all rentals--note that some of the other neighboring Trump buildings are condos. I will first say that building maintenance staff are great and very helpful. Management, however, is another story. Their ineptitude, incompetence, and lack of concern for residents is astounding. Children could run a building better than these people. Furthermore, while I understand this is a pet-friendly building, there are more dogs than humans living here. I believe that in the building next door, dogs have actually bitten other residents. The best part is that dog urine and feces are a common presence in the hallway and on the sidewalks. They call this a luxury building' Donald Trump should be ashamed to have his name plastered on this dump of a community and associated with the morons who run it.

I agree totally I live in 140 and residents actually put cat litter and dog feces in the garbage area( THEY LEAVE IT ON THE FLOOR)and it smells. Management is asleep at the wheel!!!
