The interior of the building looks like a Hotel. Good design. Studio apartment high ceiling which compensate for 'one room' living. Most of the staff is friendly and courtesy. Every once in a while you will here a dog bark when in the apartment - nothing serious. Really like the apartment. However, a 'nosey and noisy' neighbor lives above me I complained about the resident for over 3 years to Property Manager. Management simply ignored my letter and phone calls. (Miserable Apartment Bully with no meaningful life). Constantly knocking and tapping the hardwood floors and other nuisance behaviors.(all times of the day and night) Management gets a thumbs down for acting like a 'deaf-mute' when it comes to a UNRULY AND UNNEIGHBORLY RESIDENT....Management is more concern with credit rating than 'character rating'.
